How do I return a product?We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 30 days following the receipt of you shipment. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Our warehouse cannot accept packages with postage due. Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from receipt by our Returns Department Warehouse. Upon issuing a refund this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take up to 30 days to apply your credit. To receive this refund, please return the product to the following address: Chellá Professional Skin Care Please include your packing slip when you return the merchandise so we can better locate your order in our system. I want to cancel my orderWe will be able to cancel your order provided the order hasn't already entered the shipping process. Login into your Account and click on Replenishment Program. You can then set your account to inactive. |
